Refund or Return Policy

Danese Creations has a no refund, no return policy for our:

tailoring
cut-fabric orders
e-books
any other electronically transmitted items.

Hard-Copy Info products (manuals, dvd's, etc.) may be returned within 90 days of shipping for full refund, including S&H.

For our self defense and/or surveillance products, our return policy is stated on the home page for those websites.

For our bras and/or bustiers, they may be returned for an exchange or a store credit, PROVIDED ALL ORIGINAL tags are still attached, and they have not been worn. 

For our Sew Much Cash Seminar, 100% Refunds will be given to anyone who signs up for the seminar AFTER all available seats have been reserved. You may request to be put on a waiting list in the event someone cancels, and THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE for this. 100% Refunds will also be given to anyone who decides not to attend the seminar, and notifies us more than 30 days prior to the seminar. If you decide not to attend the seminar WITHIN 30 days of the event, you MAY be eligible for a 100% Refund provided someone on our waiting list will purchase your seat.
